Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience prior booking is a must to ensure availability. Located in the iconic skyscraper in the heart of Dubai. Spa treatment starts at 10 am and the last booking is at 6:00 pm. All bookings are FINAL. No refund, no rescheduling, no cancellation. In some cases, rebooking is allowed during emergency cases or health issues. The guest must be 18 years old and above. Pregnant guest in their 1st trimester is not allowed and those guest with open wound. Participant are expected to bring their own swimwear and gym outfit to enjoy the facilities and packages included on this experience. Please note that there's no couple room. Ladies and gentlemen's room is on a separate floor. Gender policy applies.
