- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
- The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
- Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
- Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 50 to 100 kgs will be allowed.
- Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 210 cm will be allowed.
- Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
- Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.
