The multi-sensory art experience will include massive transformative artworks, taking guests on a sensory-rich journey that transcends the ordinary. The artworks aim to engage sight, sound, and touch, encouraging guests to expand the way they feel, connect and interact with the world around them.

Sitting at the intersection of art, science, and technology, the artworks do not exist independently; the environment creates various phenomena that become the artwork, offering a dynamic, ever-evolving guest experience and ensuring that no two visits will be the same.

Spread over 17,000 square meters, teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi explores phenomena that exist in a continuous, inseparable relationship with their surroundings. It focuses on 'Environmental Phenomena'—things that cease to exist if the environment is gone, but will continue to exist as long as the environment remains.

Everyday elements like air, water, and light become phenomena through the unique environment, and these phenomena become existence. The artwork cannot exist on its own; the environment generates phenomena, and those phenomena cause the existence of the artwork.

Adults-Only Hours are observed every Monday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, during which entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and above with valid adult tickets. Families with children will not be permitted during these times, and the last entry with children is at 4:00 PM.

Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes (high heels are not allowed), and white or plain-colored outfits are recommended for the best photos against the light displays. As some exhibits include water elements, attire that can be rolled up to the knees is ideal. Photography and videography are permitted provided they do not disturb others, but flash and external lighting are prohibited, and commercial filming requires prior approval. Late arrivals may be admitted at staff discretion, though admission is not guaranteed, and last entry is one hour before closing. While teamLab Phenomena is family-friendly, safety guidelines must be followed, including height restrictions on certain artworks and the requirement that children under 12 are accompanied by an adult. Due to water features and uneven terrain, a change of clothes is recommended, and children should be supervised at all times. Free lockers are provided, and personal belongings must be stored before entering areas with uneven flooring or water installations. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue, so plan to complete your visit before exiting.
