Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or a first-time explorer, our programs are tailored to suit everyone. Our expert guides will ensure a safe and rewarding experience for all participants. Participants typically need to be at least 10 years old to join the experience. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy hiking boots. Dress in layers to accommodate varying temperatures, and avoid loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in equipment. Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness, as some activities may be physically demanding. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform the staff before the experience. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefings. The experience may be affected by weather conditions and may need rescheduling as per next availability.
