For the first time in history, Dubai's iconic Burj Al Arab welcomes guests to an exclusive 90-minute tour, to discover the untold stories of a true UAE landmark. Be amazed with the exterior and interior design of the luxurious hotel with our professional Tour Guides. The tour begins at the ticketing lounge of Inside Burj Al Arab (at Jumeirah Beach Hotel). Ride in a Buggy that takes you to the hotel where the tour will take place. Uppon arrival at the htoel, you will be greeted in a traditional way by your Emirati host with rose water and hand towels. Next, you will be taken to the Royal Suites where you will see the true residential masterpiece where each of its rooms, bathrooms, amenities etc is designed down to immaculate detail with the priciest and finest materials. Sit on the master bedroom’s rotating bed, and step into the bath area with rich marble tubs and 24-carat gold tiles. Know Before You Go

The Average tour time is 1.5 hours. Outside food & beverages are not permitted. Tour tickets provide exclusive access to 25th floor and inside Burj Al Arab areas only. Kindly note that tickets are valid for the time and date displayed on your confirmation and are non-refundable or transferable. Late arrivals will be moved to another tour, subject to availability and may carry an additional charge. Please respect the privacy and comfort of our in-house guests whilst in public spaces. No flash photography or professional cameras are permitted. Sunday - Saturday: 09:30 AM - 08:30 PM The Driver guide shall arrive 10 min prior to the tour start time & wait for you in the hotel lobby.

What To Bring

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your allocated time slot to collect your ticket, please bring a valid photo ID. Burj Al Arab is the original home of luxury - Dress to impress! Smart/casual attire. Tailored shorts are allowed. No beachwear.
