Guest need to carry a print-out of the voucher in order to avail this service, mobile vouchers are acceptable. Children below 3 years old (Identity card is required upon entry) Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Operational Hours: DAILY: Sunrise - 11 AM AND 6 PM - Midnight Please note that all balloon flights are weather dependent, and can only fly in certain wind conditions. It might look sunny, but the winds could be strong at higher altitudes. Please Note Pickup time may vary due to Hotel Location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels). Please advise about the same at the time of booking.
